We set up at approved public beach accesses all along 30A — from Dune Allen Beach to Inlet Beach, including WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Miramar Beach. Tell us where you’re staying and we’ll match you with the closest access.
Staying in a private beach community? With the homeowner’s written permission, we can set up right on your rental’s beach ($75 convenience fee applies).

30A Bonfire Questions
These are the location-specific details most guests need before choosing a date and beach access.
Can the bonfire be directly behind our rental?
Sometimes. A privately controlled beach must allow the vendor setup, and the required property authorization and fire-district requirements must be completed. Otherwise, we’ll recommend the nearest suitable public access.
Can we choose any public access on 30A?
No. Not every access allows vendor-assisted bonfires, and availability varies by date. We confirm an eligible location before your reservation is finalized.
Will the beach be private for our group?
Your Sand & Flames setup is reserved for your party, but a bonfire at a public access does not make the surrounding beach private.
Do you serve Miramar Beach too?
Yes. Miramar Beach is part of our South Walton service area, although it is separate from the Scenic 30A corridor. We’ll match Miramar Beach guests with an eligible Walton County access.
What if we have 30 or more guests?
Groups of 30 or more require proof of a Walton County Special Event Permit before the bonfire permit can be issued. Contact us early so we can review the event and permitting timeline.
