Booking & Important Information
Setup & Timing
All bonfires include full setup and cleanup. Your bonfire will be ready approximately 30 minutes before sunset, unless otherwise scheduled.
Deposits
A $200 non-refundable deposit is included in all standard bookings. Event packages may require a 50% deposit, depending on permitting.
Rescheduling
Once confirmed, any date changes will require a $170 re-permit fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits and permit fees are non-refundable
- Full refunds are not available due to permitting costs
- A $50 cancellation fee applies to eligible refunds
Locations & Availability
Bonfires are held at approved public beach accesses. Availability is limited and may change due to county regulations and turtle nesting.
Private Beachfront Properties
Private Beach events: Beachfront bonfires at private accesses require written permission from the property owner. A $75 convenience fee applies due to the additional coordination and setup involved. If your desired location is not listed, please reach out — we’re happy to help.
